What I have found is that they are a little on thin side but they work perfectly for my husband's work boots. We were never able to find a good insole for his boots because all we have purchased were too thick and once boot in his boot his foot would be pressed to the top of the shoe. Not the case with these insoles they are a perfect fit and he no longer has the aches he had prior. He says theses feel like he is walking on air and his feet do not sweat as they have with other insoles. I do recommend these to the working man or woman alike.
